Setup |

Setup starts immediately following your acceptance of our Agreement.

You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager to
lead you through the process |
 |
Implementation will start with review of the standard
EHR content and EPM settings that we provide. We will then perform any required
modifications based on your input. |
 |
We will perform a data conversion of patient
demographic and appointment data from your existing system, if applicable. Note that
we do not convert any financial information from your existing system. |
 |
In parallel with these activities, we work with your
local IT resource to make sure you can properly connect to our system |
 |
Upon a test conversion and finalization of setup, we
conduct training for the staff members you designate. This training is conducted
remotely, and is embellished with video training that we provide as part of our ongoing
commitment to keeping users up to speed. |

Upon completion of training you may start using the system.

Your users have full access to the NextGen EPM module,
enabling them to make appointments, collect copayments, update demographic information,
inquire into account statuses, run reports, and more. |

Access also includes use of NextGen's Realtime
Transaction System that integrates insurance verification services |

On the NextGen EHR side of the system, clinical users
will be able to generate clinical documentation, eprescribe, place lab and diagnostic
testing orders, review incoming information, and generate charges automatically as part of
the natural clinical workflow of your practice. |

Use of NextGen's Image Control System provides you with
the ability to scan or import documents and images from other systems |
 |
Please note that NextGen contains utilities for
creating your own templates and document formats. Access to these utilities are not
part of the UroWorks solution. |
